Alhamdulillah, we successfully closed on a substantial 12,000 square foot property located in the heart of Schenectady. This is a very special transaction in terms of spiritual satisfaction. The property will serve as a mosque and be managed by MUNA, a highly respected organization serving the Muslim ummah in North America.

want to extend my sincere gratitude to the Muna Center of Albany for their trust in me and for allowing me to facilitate this transaction. I consider myself truly blessed to have been involved in every stage of this process—from price negotiations through to the final closing.
When I first saw this property back in March, I was convinced that no other location would be as suitable for a mosque as this one. Although we encountered numerous challenges, including addressing inspection concerns and securing the necessary funding, by the grace of Allah, we were ultimately able to overcome these obstacles.
This three-story facility has the potential to accommodate a variety of Islamic programs and after-school activities. I am both happy and excited to witness the anticipated positive transformation this establishment will bring to the neighborhood in the coming years. May Allah reward all those who have donated as well who will contribute to this mosque.
